Responsibilities:
As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process. Your duties may include performing a variety of interior and exterior construction responsibilities including light framing, hardware and accessory installation, hanging doors, demolition, cleaning, drywall, painting, glazing tubs/counters, and other general construction duties. Maintaining a clean construction site and ensuring a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times is required.

Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Skilled Construction Laborer, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Five years experience in construction or a related field with duties such as drywall, plumbing, and electrical is preferred
2. Ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions and various working conditions.
3. Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures along with the ability and willingness to climb a ladder without fear of heights.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team atmosphere while also being confident to do tasks solo.
5. Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality work on time.
6.Willingness to travel up to 100% is a must. While some jobs are local to the Tipton area, many jobs may require overnight hotel stay, company paid.

Valid driver's license is a necessity.
